Linkful Wise Group Holdings Limited, the Group’s wholly-owned subsidiary, owns a property which comprises a residential and commercial development site with a site area of approximately 3,000 square meters (“sq.m.”) located at Leshan City, Sichuan Province, the PRC. The property has a gross floor area of approximately 28,251.82 sq.m. (inclusive of a basement floor) and comprises 4 types of functions, namely residential, commercial, basement car park and facilities. The leasing of the commercial portion of the property has commenced and started generating stable cash inflows. The Group began to sell some residential properties and rent out a number of residential properties, car parks as China showed a sign of turnaround in the property market.
